This collection of resources, created by SHINE: Seattle's Hub for Industry-driven Nanotechnology Education, includes activities and related documents that cover basic nanotechnology principles. Resources include an activities document, a PowerPoint presentation, and safety data sheets. The 28-page activity document includes "short demonstrations to teach students of any age about nanotechnology principles." Learning objectives, standards alignments, background descriptions, materials needed, and directions are included. Activities cover size and scale, thin films, magic sand, memory wire, and liquid crystals. 

The PowerPoint presentation is from the Train the NanoTeacher Workshop held on July 16. 2014. The presentation covers nanotechnology, property changes, ferrofluid, magnetic field, ferrofluid applications, thin films, memory wire, and more.
